Painted
The SP is now painted in its factory colour of Reef Blue and looking stunning. Just waiting for it to be flatted and polished before its return to the workshop ready for the rebuild to begin. 
Bodywork
The SP bodywork is progressing with the basic shape looking good and a coat of reface applied for the minor flaws to be sorted out. Hopefully not too long before paint now.
Front Grille
The SP front grille is painted and lacquered this job always seems to take a long time with 30 spacers and 11 slats to clean, paint and lacquer. Glad it’s done and will not hold up the rebuild when the body comes back from the paintshop.
Bodywork
Jensen SP bodywork coming along nicely now all shotblasted and epoxy primed and a few dents sorted out. Now the fillerwork is well underway, hopefully not to long before it’s ready for reassembly.
SP Engine Steam Clean
Jensen SP engine now stripped and checked, now had a good steam clean especially the water jacket as it was blocked with years of crud Took nearly an hour to get all the waterways completely clean but this will make a huge difference to engine temps when back in car. Its now ready to take to the machine shop next week.
